Serendipity Elite Salon owner Ricel May Veneracion has always dreamed of owning her own business. But after college, she worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel for two years. Thinking that being employed limited her means of earning, she decided to try putting up a small salon. It was a training ground for her in preparation for her bigger goal which is to have a high-end salon so she can be able to share her expertise and be among the well-known salons in the Metro. She is very passionate with this business that she did not miss out in enhancing her skills. It wasn’t enough to be armed with just what she knows. She underwent training at the Center for Aesthetic Studies to sharpen her professional skills as a make-up artist.
